Choose Your Home & Sign the Contract
Once you've selected your home, Cesar reviews the purchase contract, negotiates incentives, and walks you through the deposit and milestone payment structure.
The Build Phase (4–8 Months)
Your home is constructed while Cesar monitors progress, coordinates with the builder's project manager, and attends key milestone inspections on your behalf.
Final Walkthrough
Cesar accompanies you on the pre-closing walkthrough to document every incomplete or deficient item that must be resolved before you sign closing documents.
